My Christmas Wishlist

Hey it’s Monday again!!! I know I know I’m one of those sick people who ENJOY Mondays. Yup I should prolly be pelted with rotten apples or something like that.

I’m a sick sick person.

But you all love me so I’m ok with that.

Today’s Monday Listicles is a Christmas Wish List for Yourself…..ummm…..ahhhhh…..Myself????A Christmas Wishlist for little ol me?

I have no freakin clue! B asked me yesterday what I wanted and I couldn’t even tell him

Of course though when Stasha asks for a Monday Listicle…the possibilities are endless!

1. Energy! Yes I may seem like I’m a high energy gal but if Santa would sneak an extra does or two of energy into my stocking I would be eternally grateful!

2. A white Christmas….You will hear me whine all the rest of the year about snow but on Christmas morning. I didn’t move all the way back up from Arizona NOT to have snow on Christmas Morning!

3.Happy Kids Not that the kids are not normally happy but I would love to see only smiling happy content faces that morning. I hope and pray they all remember what the real reason we are celebrating is.

4.A magical refilling coffee machine. It’s a constant game of “Not It” around here when it comes to refilling the java and life would be so much easier if it just did it itself. Better yet I’ll take a bottomless cup of coffee.

5. There are two cookbooks I want that aren’t even out yet! One is the Joy The Baker cookbook and the other is Pioneer Woman’s( I don’t THINK PW’s is out yet) I WISH they were out in time for Christmas!

6.Someone else to do the grocery shopping for me for the next 6 months. Seriously I’ll make the detailed list,I’ll cook the food,Heck I’ll even put the food away…I just don’t want to do the shopping. Who am I kidding though?I’m too much of a control freak to have anyone else do the grocery shopping. I would prolly surprise that person halfway through their trip.

7.an MP3 of some sort. I’m really not picky but man sometimes here at the frat house all I want to do is drown myself out with music so I can work. Trust me,the more music I have, the better things I cook!

8.Health and Dental insurance for everyone in the US yes I know BIG wish here but I’m currently without any and let me tell you I could really really use it.

9.A car that fits all of us. Currently if all 8 of us go anywhere we’re both driving. If it snows?Fuhget about it…I turn into a whining little 2 year old who refuses to slide…err I mean drive down the hill.

10. Everyone to be able to enjoy their Christmas and make happy memories. I know the holidays can be a very lonely and saddening time so I just really wish that all of my friends and loved ones would feel as blessed as I am feeling,on that day.

  1. Bottomless cups of coffee….. If only that could come true

    • I know right?I guess my oldest daughter told my bf ok for Mother’s Day my mom wants breakfast/lunch/and dinner in bed and the coffee pot just hooked up right next to the bed…..

She’s a pretty smart girl….too bad Mother’s Day is so far away!

  2. Bottomless cups of coffee – bliss!! As is more energy.

    Great list!

  3. I want some more energy – any old way is fine. Maybe I should be wishing for youth instead…

  4. What a wonderful wish #10 is! And you totally deserve a bottomless coffee mug and music all day long πŸ™‚

  5. #8- Amen!
As for the snow, I live in the suburbs of Philly and a white christmas is the only time I like snow….PERIOD!

    • I know its a big wish but i have some serious issues going on that I just can’t afford to go see a dr and pay cash. I’m blessed my kids have insurance through the state but I don’t qualify? While I hate others footing the bill for me as well I need to be healthy.

      Thanks for stopping by1!

  6. I will be very happy if it DOESN’T snow on Christmas (or ever again, really, in Seattle). You can have our snow!

    • I remember spending Chirstmas’s over in Marysville with my cousins and pleading for it to snow while the grown ups pleaded for it not to snow! There were a few years we got it just on Christmas morning!

Plus if we don’t get snow over here …..you will prolly only get rain over there πŸ™‚
